CPD Real Estate Compliance Training – Requirements
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) became mandatory from June 6, 2025, for real estate professionals in Queensland. While NSW and other states have integrated CPD Real Estate Compliance Training into their industry practices, this will be a new requirement for Queensland.
Who is required to complete CPD in Queensland?
All real estate professionals holding a current license or registration must fulfill CPD requirements, including;

✅ Business brokers
✅ Resident letting agents

CPD sessions – mandatory continuing professional development (CPD) for Queensland property professionals commenced on 6 June 2025.
Success Real Estate Training Centre will be delivering 2 x fully accredited units from CPP41419 property training package. These sessions are designed to promote and improve core skills in the property industry. These sessions are within the accredited unit of competency delivered by registered training organisation (RTO).

These units specify the skills and knowledge required to establish, maintain and evaluate real estate agency safety controls for offsite and lone workers. Analyse, manage and evaluate customer service in the property industry and identify, access and interpret legislation relevant to work in real estate incorporating the introduction of AML in Real Estate. Proof of completion
All participants will be enrolled through a student management system in which Success Real Estate Training Centre will provide you with a statement of attainment once proof of both CPD sessions have been completed. You must keep the proof-of-completion document for 5 years and produce it to Office of Fair Trading (OFT) inspectors on request.
CPD Real Estate Compliance Training
Workshops will be 2-3 hours including morning or afternoon tea breaks. Assessment is completed at the end of each session.
